I think the palanius lake cg requirement is something else (in addation?) Because I am barely off neutral (and lavina is 1-2) and I cant get it. I go to the next town, picking the light option (thereby making me completely nerutal, and lavina even lower) but it still doesnt pop up.
My thoughts are Lavina might have to be 2 and NOT lower, or the event might also be gone forever at the next town. SwordAcolyte 05:24, September 27, 2010 (UTC)swordacolyte
